Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specified:

• Zeslots: Refers to the website and its associated URLs, owned and operated by Zeslots.
• User: Any individual who, after reviewing these T&C, registers or interacts with the website in any manner.
• Account: The profile created by the User during registration to engage in the Games.
• Registration: The process of completing the sign-up form provided by Zeslots.
• Games: All gaming options provided by Zeslots, including those added periodically to the website.
• Login Details: The username and password chosen by the User to access their Account and participate in Games.
• Available Balance: The credit available in the User’s Account for use in Games.

1. Enforcement and Modifications

1.3 Zeslots reserves the right to modify, add, or remove Games and their rules. Users are responsible for staying informed of such changes, and continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any modifications.
1.4 Additional rules, explanations, and information related to maintaining an Account or participating in Games are available via links on the website and are incorporated into these T&C by reference.
1.5 These T&C are provided in multiple languages for convenience, but the English version governs in case of discrepancies.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

By accepting these T&C, the User declares and warrants that:

• They are at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, and are legally permitted to participate in the Games offered by Zeslots.
• They participate in Games for themselves, not on behalf of others.
• Funds deposited into their Account are from legal sources and not associated with any illegal activities.
• They engage in Games for personal, non-professional, recreational purposes only.
• They do not reside in a jurisdiction where participation in Zeslots’ Games is prohibited.

2.1 The User confirms that all information provided to Zeslots is accurate, complete, and current, and will promptly notify Zeslots of any changes.
2.2 Zeslots is not liable for any financial losses incurred by the User from funds deposited in their Account, and the User acknowledges this risk.
2.3 It is the User’s responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
2.4 The User is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings received from Zeslots.
2.5 Only valid, legally owned credit/debit cards or financial instruments may be used by the User for deposits.
2.6 All Games, software, and content provided by Zeslots are protected by copyright, owned by Zeslots or third parties, and may only be used for personal, recreational purposes in compliance with these T&C and applicable laws.
2.7 Users must maintain courteous behaviour and avoid inappropriate or offensive language.
2.8 Users are responsible for retaining printed copies of these T&C and transaction records in a secure location.
2.9 Zeslots is not liable for technical issues with the website or its services, and Users access the website and Games at their own risk. Zeslots is not responsible for losses exceeding the User’s deposited funds or for indirect losses, such as lost profits.
2.10 Zeslots does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or Games and is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses arising from their use.
2.11 Use of automated systems, bots, or other computer aids in betting is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban and account closure. Users must not play the same Game across multiple websites simultaneously or use mathematical systems or betting strategies, as this may lead to account suspension and fund forfeiture. Zeslots may report such activities to authorities.

3. Zeslots Account and Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Limits

• Non-VIP Players: Limited to withdrawing up to five times their most recent deposit amount per week (e.g., a €100 deposit allows a maximum weekly withdrawal of €500).
• VIP Players: Defined as those depositing over €10,000 in a calendar month, with potentially higher withdrawal limits as determined by Zeslots.

3.1 Zeslots manages deposits, funds, and withdrawals, calculating Available Balance, pending funds, and winnings, which are final and not subject to dispute. Funds are processed through reputable third-party Payment Solution Providers acting on behalf of Zeslots. Zeslots commits to acting honestly and professionally in the best interests of its clients.
3.2 During registration, Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.
3.3 Zeslots may conduct verification procedures, directly or via third parties, to confirm User identity and information. Failure to provide requested documents (e.g., ID, bank statements, or utility bills) may lead to account suspension or closure.
3.4 Users must secure their Login Details, which are personal and non-transferable. Zeslots is not responsible for misuse of Login Details by third parties, and any actions taken using a User’s Login Details are considered the User’s responsibility.
3.5 Only one Account per individual or household is permitted. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts. Fund transfers between accounts are prohibited.
3.6 Zeslots reserves the right to close accounts without explanation, refunding the Available Balance (less withdrawal fees) unless fraudulent activity is detected.
3.7 Users select their Account currency during registration. Payments in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, with any fees borne by the User.
3.8 Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may incur a €5 monthly administrative fee (or the remaining balance if lower) until reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
3.9 Bets or Game participation requires sufficient Available Balance. No credit is extended by Zeslots, and bets placed with insufficient funds are invalid.
3.10 Deposits can be made in EUR or other currencies specified by Zeslots. Users are responsible for any third-party fees associated with deposits.
3.11 Withdrawals must be requested via the website’s withdrawal page. Zeslots may use the same method as the deposit but reserves the right to choose an alternative method. Withdrawals are subject to third-party fees, which are the User’s responsibility.
3.12 For withdrawals, Zeslots may request identification documents (e.g., passport, credit card copies with sensitive information obscured). Failure to provide these may result in account suspension.
3.13 Mistakenly credited funds remain Zeslots’ property, and Users must notify Zeslots immediately. Such funds must be returned, and bets placed with them are invalid.
3.14 Additional verification is required for payouts exceeding €2,000, and Zeslots may delay payments until verification is complete.
3.15 Accounts can be closed by the User at any time, with the Available Balance refunded (less fees) at Zeslots’ discretion. Systematic abuse of the system may result in account adjustments or closure.
3.16 Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, or shared environment. Duplicate accounts may lead to fund confiscation and account closure. Bonuses unused within two months will be forfeited.
3.17 Bonus wagering requirements:

• No-deposit bonuses require 10x wagering, with withdrawals capped at 10x the bonus.
• 200% deposit bonuses require 35x wagering, with no withdrawal limit.
• Other bonuses require 35x wagering unless specified otherwise.
• Only bonus wagers count toward wagering requirements; real money wagers do not.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn, and the maximum convertible amount to real money is limited to lifetime deposits (up to £250 for funded accounts, £50 for non-funded accounts).
  3.18 Withdrawals cannot be processed consecutively; the first withdrawal must be fully processed before a second is requested.
  3.19 Accounts with over five deposits or €500 in deposits require full KYC verification (ID, obscured credit card, utility bill). Failure to comply may result in account closure and frozen funds. Withdrawals can be reversed within 72 hours, after which KYC and win verification are conducted.
  3.20 VIP players playing roulette may have withdrawals refused.
  3.21 Cashback bonuses (e.g., 30%) allow withdrawals of up to 25% of the amount, with the remainder removed from the account. Cashback is treated as a bonus and restricted to specific Games.
  3.22 Minimum withdrawal by wire transfer is €150/£150/$150.
  3.23 Free bonuses are for Fun mode only and cannot be withdrawn unless the balance is reduced to zero before depositing.

4. Privacy, Breaches, and Actions

4.1 Users consent to Zeslots processing their personal data to enable website access, Game participation, and related services. Data is used solely for these purposes and verification processes.
4.2 Zeslots may share personal data with marketing partners, who are bound by this privacy policy. Users may access their data held by Zeslots.
4.3 Users must promptly update any changes to their information.
4.4 Users consent to data sharing with credit rating, fraud detection, and anti-money laundering agencies.

4.6 Cookies are used to enhance user experience and track website visits. Users may disable cookies, but this may limit website functionality.
4.7 Users agree to receive updates about website changes and promotions but may opt out via Customer Service.
4.8 Zeslots complies with anti-money laundering regulations and may report suspicious transactions to Maltese authorities. Users must report suspicious activities to Zeslots immediately.
4.9 Accounts may be suspended or closed, and funds withheld, if required by Curaçao’s anti-money laundering laws.
4.10 Breaches of these T&C may result in account suspension, closure, or withholding of funds. Zeslots may deduct damages owed by the User from their Account.
4.11 Suspected illegal or fraudulent activity may lead to account freezing, termination, or cancellation of stakes at Zeslots’ discretion.
4.12 Zeslots is the final authority on whether a User has violated these T&C, which may result in suspension or permanent barring from the website.
4.13 If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
4.14 Unauthorized use of Zeslots’ URL is prohibited and may result in legal action.
4.15 Fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activities, including the use of software or hardware aids, are prohibited and may lead to account closure or invalidated participation.
4.16 Zeslots’ software is protected by copyright and may only be used for personal, recreational purposes in compliance with these T&C and applicable laws.
4.17 Zeslots may cancel accounts without notice, refunding any balance to the User’s financial account.
4.18 Accounts may be cancelled or suspended for reasons including multiple accounts, mismatched names, false information, underage gambling, third-party use, coordinated betting, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.
4.19 Zeslots may withhold funds or recover winnings tied to prohibited activities and report such activities to relevant authorities.

5. Entire Agreement and Severability

5.1 These T&C constitute the entire agreement between the User and Zeslots regarding the website, superseding all prior communications except in cases of fraud.
5.2 Electronic or printed versions of these T&C are admissible in legal proceedings to the same extent as other business records.
5.3 These T&C are governed by Curaçao law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Curaçao courts or the Arbitration Institute of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba (AINAA).
